Kyoo Han Jo, 71, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Busan, South Korea, on June 4, 1954, Kyoo lived a life marked by quiet strength, unwavering faith, and deep devotion to those he loved.
Through every challenge he faced, Kyoo remained steadfast in his commitment to God and to his family. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Bok Hee, and a loving father to his daughters, Hanna and Kathleen. He now rejoins his daughter Hanna in heaven — a reunion we take comfort in, even as we mourn his passing.
Kyoo will be remembered as a faithful friend, a pillar of his community, and a man whose life was guided by compassion and humility.
A memorial service will be held on July 5, 2025 at 10AM, at Hainstock Funeral Home. The service will be live streamed and available for 90 days.
