On Wednesday, November 30, 2011, Mr. Leonard Chepluk of Cardiff Echoes passed away peacefully in Edmonton, at the age of 55 years.
Leonard will be lovingly remembered by his mother Sophie Chepluk, daughters, Misty (Lance) Sieben and Jodi (Skyler) Lovelock, grandchildren, Christian, Gage and Kingston Lovelock, sisters, Donna Mazurenko and Judy (Jim) Kolasa, as well as his nieces and nephews, Wendy Meier, Jackie Colbourn, Kevin Kolasa and Kristin Kolasa. He was predeceased by his father Joseph and brother John.
A memorial service will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403-St. Albert Trail, on Monday, December 5, 2011, at 11:00 AM.
