

Margaret Gwendolyn Bebee was born in Hardisty, Alberta on July 11th, 1935. She is predeceased by her parents Guy Marshall Bebee & Myrtle Josephine Youmans Bebee; her beloved husband Dr. William (Bill) Paranchych; her siblings: Rita (Bert) Hill; Helene (Arne) Busk; Dorene (John) Sauchyn; Audrey Lang and Joe (Pearl) Bebee; sister-in-law Arlene (Fred)Halsey; niece Linda (Mike) Ashby; nephew Edward (Roseanne) Hill; and nieces Joyce (Don) Lawes; Josephine Hill; and Janet (Ray) Smalley.
Gwen is survived by her loving daughters Nancy Julien (Vince Bustos) & Lisa Barrett; grandchildren Natalie Julien & Daniel Julien; her devoted partner of 25 years, Roger Edwards and family; brother in-law Fred (Mary) Paranchych; former son in-law Richard Julien and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Although her health declined dramatically in the past three months, she remained cognitive, witty, and stoic to the very end. Her resilience, honesty, warmth and selflessness will continue to echo throughout our lives.
A Celebration of Gwen's life will be held Friday, June 27, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the 2nd Floor Reception Room at Hainstock's Funeral Home & Crematorium, located at 9810 34th Ave, Edmonton, AB T6E 6L1.
