Maria Teresa Fabbro

On the early morning of August 27th, 2025, Maria Teresa Fabbro left us to join her husband, Angelo, and her son, Walter, in Heaven.

Maria is survived by her daughter, Nives, and her grandchildren, Renee (Ben), Elyse (Tanner), Andre, and Justine. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Cash and Camden; special friends, Margaret Beitel and family, and Jill Mason; as well as family in Italy.

Maria was born September 23, 1940 in Casarsa, Italy. She came to Canada in 1960 to marry Angelo and start a new life together.

Maria worked very hard to provide a good home for her family. For many years she was involved with the Italian Cultural Centre, this brought her great joy and community.

She was a talented seamstress, knitter, cook, and gardener.

Above all, Maria was strong in her faith and devoted to her family.

Her resilience, kindness, and love will forever remain in our hearts.

A Memorial Service for Maria will take place on Monday, September 29th at 1:00pm at Memories Funeral Home and Crematorium, 13403 St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, Alberta.
