Dave and family, we recently returned from an overseas vacation and were sad to hear of Marjie’s passing.  I will remember Marjie as having had a gentle, kind, compassionate demeanour. She always talked lovingly and proudly of her beautiful family.  You certainly knew when Marjie and Dave were together that they cared deeply for each other.   Our thoughts and prayers are with you Dave and your family at this difficult time.

Dave, we had so many good times with you and Marjie over the years. Wild card games on the many vacations in Kelona which Ella had trouble remembering what was trump and our son Rob passing by the window and mockingly yelling, whats trump mom. Some good golf games and many scrumptious meals. Hawai and Mexico vacations together and many seasonal celebrations. Marjie was such a  good friend and we miss her very much. Rest in peace.

Margie was a beautiful person, always kind and so good natured. I admired the close loving relationship she had with her sister Betty. Our condolences go out to her family.

Alma (Timi), one of Marjie's many close friends since the early 1950's, will always remember her smiling and happy personality ... even after a dubbed drive or chip shot on the golf course! And, as probably mentioned by many others, her homemade pies along with her meal presentations will never to be forgotten. 
Timi and I, along with Dave I 'm sure, will always remember our walk in Griffith Park, Calgary along the Elbow River ... and the "elbows raised" photo of it.
There were many photos, many get togethers, the Noodle House included, always with Marjie's smiling eyes, special hugs and positive enthusiasm.  The way she will always be remembered.

I have many fond memories of visits to Edmonton to see my Aunt Margie and family from a young age.  We were a lively bunch and whether it was in the summer and the cousins would have fun staying up late with the extended days or later when we sometimes came at Christmastime during the cold, short days of winter, Margie's warmth and hospitality stood out.  I last saw her when I visited Edmonton with my mom/her sister Betty in 2019.  She and her sister shared a special bond, and it was great to see the two of them together.  We enjoyed many talks, walks, cooking, hockey games, and a trip to Irma.  For fun we worked on coming up with a name for the new Seattle hockey team. I am so glad that we had this final in person visit before COVID shut things down.  Thank you for your kindness and for the memories!!  You will remain forever in my heart.

Our deepest sympathies to Dave & family and particularly to Leah. Marjorie actually used to babysit me growing up on 73 Ave. just a few doors down from Harry & Queenie. Leah followed suit and was a most favoured babysitter for our two children growing up. You are absolutely  in our thoughts at this difficult time.
