I worked with Norah at Eaton's Sunridge, Calgary, she was my boss when I worked in the Number 1 and Signature Shop.  I will never forget her beautiful smile and positive attitude.  It was so sad to hear of her passing.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the families.

You were such an influence on my life in my tween years. I remember those summers dearly that I spent with you & Uncle Bob, especially the year Andrew came home....still one of the most beautiful babies ever in my books!!You showed me how to take care of him,let me fail,let me try again.Always encouraging me.For that I thank you.
Your house was forever warm & comforting when I was away. I could get lost in your good sheets & down comforters snuggled in, knowing you were not far if I needed you. Always keeping a light on for me.For that I thank you.
Your humour had me in tears even at 13 & your generosity was immense. I always treasured having your presence nearby at any family gathering as I could hear your infectious laugh & come over for a hug at any moment. For that I thank you.
I will forever be thankful for all the good & bad influences you,my mom, & other crazy aunts have exposed me to.I will never forget the day I was on a random boat ride with you all (I was 11 perhaps)& you hot moms decided to randomly flash your boobs to someone with binoculars only to get close enough to realize it was a 12 year old kid with binos...his parents were not impressed...Aunty Norah just sped off laughing!For that I thank you.
I wish I would have gottten to know you better & had a chance to say goodbye.But I know you are watching over all of us, sending love & light to us because you are finally at peace. I continue to love you & see a reflection of you in my life everyday by my Martha Stewart ways. All of which I initially learned from you. Thank you for being a light in my life. For that I thank you.

I just heard about Norah's unexpected passing. I am so shocked!  I always loved that smile, her sense of humour, and great people skills.  Such a shame to see her gone.  My heart goes out to all the Zanusso's, her friends and family.

I have just heard of Norah's passing and although I have only known her for over a year she has a tender spot in my heart.  We worked together to update her home and she was filled with spunk and laughter.  I will miss her and hope that her family finds solace in knowing she has touched so many people over the years!

I had the privilege of meeting Nora through my friendship with her brother Sean. She was a wonderful, spirited person that always made others feel welcomed. Our thoughts go out to her family and friends.

We had many chats about the coast. I lived in White Rock growing up & she was in New West. I will miss you Norah.

I will cherish the memories of Nora while I lived in Fort St John.  Our daughters, Amy and Rebecca were great friends while we lived there.  I had many good times with Nora during my life there.  Rest in peace.

Norah was always generous with her time, talent and treasure. It was a pleasure to cross paths with her in the community. I only knew the best Norah and she had the greatest smile!

I worked with Norah at Hell's Gate and she became a much loved friend. We drifted apart but I have always held a space for her in my heart. What a ray of light. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was so heart broken when I heard of Norah's passing.  We grew up together in New Westminster and were great friends.  We loved our time at York House School and all the adventures we shared.  I will never forget the fun we had travelling around North America in the summer of 1974.  We were Maid of Honour at each others wedding.  Regretably we lost touch these past years but Norah and her family have always been in my heart.  Norah was a beautiful woman with a never ending smile and wonderful personality.  My prayers and deepest sympathy is with all of the Flynn and Zanusso family.

My heart aches for all of you suffering this great loss.  Norah was an inspiration and wonderful mentor to me in my career (and personally) when we worked together at Estee Lauder. Her generous and giving spirit positively impacted me and for that I will be forever grateful to her.  I will never forget my first "Basic Training" with her (Estee Lauder)- I knew right then I wanted to be just like Norah - she was amazing!  I will always treasure those memories. I was sad to hear of Norahs passing. I grew up on Courtney Crescent, in NewWestminster with Norah.  She was always at the centre of activity during elementary and high school. She was from a very nice family . My thoughts and prayers go out to all her family and friends.  Allan Edworthy

It is with great sadness that I read of Norah's passing in the Edmonton Journal.  As a former neighbour and childhood friend, I have very fond memories of playing with Norah on Dahlia Avenue in Dorval until our families moved West, Norah's to BC, and mine to Toronto.  I now live in Edmonton and have visited Shambles Gift Shoppe many times.  I no doubt spoke to her without realizing our connection.  My deepest condolences to your family at this difficult time.

I went to high school with Norah, and remember her fondly as a fun, mischievious,always smiling girl. I have not seen her for many years, but learning of her passing brings much sadness to my heart at losing someone at such a young age. My heartfelt condolences to her family, children, grandchildren and friends for their loss.
