To my second cousins,  I was thinking of your mother today and found this site. Your mother was always very kind to me. I remember her warm smile and the positive energy she shared when I was around her.

I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing.  I remember vividly, at age 18, coming to Edmonton to attend the U of A.  I did not know anyone in Edmonton and was so happy to be invited to Pat's home for supper.  I was made to feel so welcome and it sure eased my first week at university, away from home.  
She was a very kind and caring person.

   I sat across someone who looked exactly like Pat the other day (Thursday).  She was so pretty and reminded me so much of Pat. I did not know she had passed away but it was quite a coincidence as I thought of Pat so much that day.    She was one of the funniest people I knew.   Cousin Julie (Duggan) Orr.

I was saddened to hear of the news of your Mom's passing.  I will always remember Pat's light hearted laughter and spirit in the years we gathered at Christmas time at Auntie Loretta and Uncle Alex Senio's.  My heart goes out to all the Rodgers family, and I'll be keeping you in my prayers during this sad time.  I pray the Lord surrounds you in a profound comforting peace, and His loving embrace be a tangible consolation to ease your sorrow as the days ahead unfold.

So sad to hear that you have lost your mom. Finally she will be with her precious son Butch again. Patricia was so good to take special care of my dog Shushu when she was well and able. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of mourning. Jeanne

My prayers are with her family. I remember going to a movie with her and my mom Carol and we got a flat tire. She helped to change it and then we were on our way. This was a - 20 F day! She was so kind and happy. I miss her so much. She will always be remembered fondly by me. Sue Luco
