Perry is survived by his Daughter, Tabitha Olson; his Granddaughter, Karly Olson; his Step-Daughter, Kara Pearcy (Bill) and her 2 children, Brooke Pearcey and Jadyn Horton; his Brother, Tony Horek; his Sister's, Nora Kennedy (Daughter, Emma Kennedy), Kathleen Copeland, Rika Horek (Son, Carson Horek); his Father, Kenneth Horek; his Stepfather, Brian Taje; his Niece, Samantha Alexander, (Cory), and their 2 children, Kade and Calyx.
Perry is predeceased by his, Mother, May Taje; and his Sister, Loretta Horek.
