When we were both in the Hobby Industry, I spent many hours with Peter & Cynthia at trade shows and classes. Times change and we both went on to other careers, but I often thought of you. I am glad to know that Peter lived a long life and had his family around him.  
If you are in Sherwood Park I would love to see Cynthia again.

Dear Cynthia and family,

My sincere condolences to you and your family.  I’m sorry I was not able to attend his Celebration of Life.  You both have been dear family friends of ours for most of my life.  Peter touched the hearts of everyone met. It is hard to find words to adequately describe the type of man Peter was.  He was warm, friendly and cheerful.  He always had time for his family and friends.  He had a passion for many things in life and enjoyed being able to share it with everyone.  I remember when he was selling his mustang and took me out to test drive it.  I think it was only the second time I had driven a stick shift.  I’m pretty sure she couldn't wait to get out of the car with me driving but he always had words of encouragement.  Peter will be missed by many but never forgotten.  Rest in peace.

To Peter's family:
     I was so sorry to read of Peter's passing.  I really enjoyed working with him at A. L. Horton Jr. High in Vegreville.  He was so kind,
 helpful , and professional.  In fact, in my first month of teaching, December of '79, he showed me how to use a new type of technology the school had, the VCR machine!   My deepest sympathy to you, Cynthia, and to the rest of the family on your loss.  May the memories you all have, and the love of friends and family help you through this difficult time.

Dear Family of Uncle Peter in Canada & South Africa 

Our sincere condolences and thoughts are with you guys at this sad time in your lives.  We had the privilege of meeting Uncle Peter when he visited us in the Uk.  We  felt that warmth and beauty of his personality although it was the first time that we had met him.  He proudly shared his memories of my late mum with me.  I had never had the opportunity to meet my mum ( she passed away at my birth).  He remembered her with fond memories and shared this with me and my family.  

I will treasure that lovely gesture of you visiting me and my family in 🇬🇧. Much love to all the family in Canada & South Africa.

Dear Peter:
We will miss your warm friendliness, your cheery smile, your keen sense of humor, your ability to engage us with your colorful stories, and your deep sense of right and wrong. You were honest, authentic, humble and lovable.  You were an icon of our South African community, a larger than life figure who served the Donnely and Vegreville communty as a distinguished educator and successful entrepreneur. As the oldest son of a father who pioneered the cultural, linguistic and spiritual life of the Andhra Communty you led your life guided by the great spiritual truths of the Bhagavad Geeta and the Ramayan.
 It was my priviledge knowing and working with you especially on several Diwali celebrations hosted by the Lotus Club. You dutifully took photographs of the participants, creating memorable albums . As head of the Publications  Committe of the Lotus Club's 25th Anniversary, you edited and  published professional looking 25th Anniversary Brochure profiling the trials and triumphs  of lives of the many families who made Canada their home. May your Soul rest in Peace and may the Almighty give your beloved Cynthie , your precious life partner,  and your daughters Shereen and Trivina and your lovable grandson Keeton and your brothers and sisters and their families the strength to bear your tragic passing.
