Raymond Henry Graul

May 7, 1941 – May 31, 2021

Raymond was born and grew up in Ontario, moved to Edmonton and resided there until his death. He passed away peacefully at home in his favourite chair on May 31, 2021 at 80 years of age.

He worked with Central Fabricators Inc. then Supreme Steel as a steel fitter.

In his younger years Raymond was an avid golfer, enjoyed camping with his family and was very knowledgeable as he read everything he could.

Raymond embraced his partner’s native culture. Raymond will be lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.

He is survived by Cecile Dion, his partner of 53 years; daughter Tiffany Dion; grandson Daxton Dion-Hoffman; granddaughter Angelina Dion-Hoffman; sister Elizabeth (Guido); brothers Ross and Paul (Gloria); as well as nieces and nephews. Raymond is predeceased by his son Wade Dion; parents Harry and Anne Graul; brother Edward (Ted) Graul; sister Janet and Rae Thompson.

Visitation will take place on Monday, June 7th from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Hainstock’s Funeral Home, 9810 34 Avenue, Edmonton, followed by a private funeral service.
