It is with great sadness that the family of Samuel Villeneuve announce his passing on Sunday, April 18, 2010 nine days before his 78 birthday.
Sam will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife of 57 years Florence, two sons Robert (Jeanette) and Donald (Jeannette), two grandsons Brent and Shane (Jennifer), one great granddaughter Scarlett, a sister Bernadette Brown, as well as two brothers, George (Ada) and Tom (Verna). He was predeceased by his mother and father, two sisters and two brothers.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff on 3B Dickensfield and also Dr. Parrish for all the care given to Sam.
A memorial service celebrating Sam’s life will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403-St. Albert Trail, on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 11:30 AM; with Father Leo Cordeau officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the Alzheimers Society of Edmonton, 10531-Kingsway Avenue T5H-4K1.
