On Dec 8th, 2014 Sigmund Moltzan passed away into the loving arms of our Lord Jesus at the age of 87. Sigmund is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Ruby; his children Melvin (Marie), Brenda, and Lyle (Rita); his grandchildren Melissa Scobey (Tyler), Nathan Moltzan (Margaret), Leah Lyseng (Dusty), Rick Moltzan, Ida-Marie Moltzan, Kurt Moltzan, Neila Moltzan, Jordan Moltzan, and Taylor Moltzan; and his great grandchildren: Nathan, Jacob, and Eva Scobey; Leiland Moltzan, James Moltzan; and Lexi Lyseng. He was predeceased by his son Bruce and his sisters Erna and Elsie.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11 AM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 9654 74th Ave, Edmonton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lutheran World Relief fund.
