Sydney Charles Fulton

Sydney will be missed by his children; Betty (Dennis) Bosse, Charles Fulton, Fred (Meleena) Fulton, Ted (Tammy) Fulton, Jim (Karen) Fulton, his step children; Dan (Barb) McDermid, Lyle (Cathy) McDermid, Lynn (Vern) Tremblay and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sydney was predeceased by his loving wife, Kathleen in 2005.

Syd was born in Wetaskiwin in 1931, but lived most of his life in and around the Edmonton area. He spent 30 plus years working as a millwright tradesman with Inland Cement earning numerous service and recognition awards. In 1949, Syd married his first wife, Dorothy and had 5 children. Though their relationship turned out to be less permanent than either of them expected, both went on to remarry. Syd married Kay in 1973 and enjoyed a fun filled 33 years together before Kay’s passing in 2005. Syd spent his remaining years enjoying country western jamborees, playing his guitar, camping, fishing and spending time with family.
