It is with sadness the family of Vey announces her peaceful passing on Monday, October 13, 2014 at the age of 70 years.
Vey will be missed by her family and all those who knew her. She is survived by her loving daughter, Lisa (Tony Palm) Soderberg; grandson, Colby Soderberg; sister, Val (David) Niblock; brother, John (Barb Richardson) Skogg; sister, Marianne (Nick) Skippings; as well as many nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Vey was predeceased by her parents, Jean and Theodore; and son, Michelle Gamache.
A Celebration of Life in honour of Vey will take place on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., at Memories Funeral Home and Crematorium, 13403- St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, AB, with Yvonne Racine, officiating.
Floral tributes are gratefully declined. If friends so desire memorial donations in Vey’s honour may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
