He leaves behind his wife, Justina Doerksen; his children, Joe, Carl, Gary, (Karen), Hilda, (Tom), and Rosezanna; along with his grandchildren, Josiah, Caleb, Cera, Grace, Adam, Taylor, Savannah, Austin, Kaili, Wyatt, Dallas, and Landon. He also says goodbye to his siblings, Betty, Helen, Jake, Abe, Anne, Agnus, Jon, and Kathy. Walter is once again reunited with his mother, Helen; his father and step-father Peter and Pete; his sister and his four brothers.
Walter loved music, fishing, and old cars and trucks, among many other hobbies. He enjoyed visiting with anyone who wanted to chat and loved making people smile and giggle, and was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever he could.
The Family will be holding a service on Monday, March, 9, 2020, at 1:00pm at:
