November 6, 1991 – February 20, 2012
William CHAD Saunders left us tragically in a motor vehicle accident February 20, 2012 along with his girlfriend Karlee Williamson and two close friends. Chad was born in Red Deer November 6, 1991. Chad was a farm boy at heart. He loved tractors, cows and most of all, life. He was a gift to his family and his many friends, Chad had a big presence whenever he entered a room. His warm, open and friendly demeanor benefited him in his life and is evident by the large number of people he touched in his too short time with us. He was thoughtful, kind and caring, always putting others ahead of himself. He loved to be busy as well he had a great work ethic.
Chad will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his parents, Norma and Bear Radford and Dale Saunders, his siblings Macaila and Zachary, best friends and step siblings Alysha, Anthony, Cylus and “Chad 2”. He is also survived by his birth mom Luella Cardinal as well as his “second” family the Raines, as well as grandparents Jean Hartley of Markham, Ontario, Doris Radford of Edmonton and Val McCaw of Campbell River, BC. Also much loved and survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In Chad’s memory, donations may be made to STARS Air Ambulance or to the Breton High School Cougars Football Club. Chad loved a pay it forward life, so also in his memory, do something nice for someone, not just today but make this world a better place.
A Celebration of Chad & Karlee’s Life will be held Monday, February 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Breton Community Hall.
