Born on December 26, 1937, in Luoyang City, Henan Province, China to Zhang, Huanyuan and Cheng, Zhonghua. Yunfen attended Tangshan Railway University and later worked as a senior engineer for China Railway First Survey & Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. for 35 years.
Yunfen Zhang was cherished for her love of reading, singing, traveling, cooking, and Chinese calligraphy. Gentle and kind hearted, she touched every life she encountered, leaving a lasting and beautiful impact on all who knew her.
Yunfen Zhang is survived by Huanmin Li, Chen Li, Fann Li, Fanying Li, Iris Li, and Michelle Chen.
