Zofia is survived by daughter, Elizabeth (Gerry) Lewis; son, Tom (Consuelo) Woltersdorf; 4 grandchildren, Cydney Lewis, Stephen Lewis, Seth Woltersdorf, and Brent Woltersdorf; along with many very dear nieces and nephews in Poland and Denmark. Zofia is predeceased by her oldest son, Richard; younger brother, Frank; and husband, Jerzy, to whom she was married for 46 years.
Zofia was a kind heart who loved her family dearly and valued every moment spent with them. With an insatiable passion for cooking and baking, no one left her home hungry.
