Richard Guitard

Né à Dalhousie, le 11 août 1954, il était le fils de feu Philippe Guitard et de feu Albina Cayouette.

Richard a fait sa carrière à la Fonderie de Belledune.

Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants; Danie (Clint), Mireille (Jason), ses frères; Paul (Lucille), Omer (Jo-Anne), Robert (Denise), ses sœurs; Anita (Normand), Irène (Raoul) et Diane, ses petits-enfants; Jessika (Michael), Sebastien (Lexi) et Jaryd, Jessie, Taylor ainsi que ses arrière-petits-enfants, Oaklynn, Maverick et plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Outre ses parents, il était prédécédé par son épouse Noëlla et son frère Donald.

Les funérailles auront lieu en l'Église Sainte-Trinité d'Eel River Crossing, le lundi 15 décembre 2025 à 16h00.

À la demande de M. Guitard, il n’y aura pas de visite au salon funéraire.

Pour ceux qui le veulent, un don en sa mémoire peut être fait à l'Arbre de l'Espoir.

Richard Guitard of Eel River Crossing, husband of the late Noëlla Guitard, passed away at Campbellton Regional Hospital on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the age of 71.

Born in Dalhousie on August 11, 1954, he was the son of the late Philippe Guitard and the late Albina Cayouette.

Richard spent his career at the Belledune Foundry.

He is survived by his children, Danie (Clint) and Mireille (Jason); his brothers, Paul (Lucille), Omer (Jo-Anne), and Robert (Denise); his sisters, Anita (Normand), Irène (Raoul), and Diane; his grandchildren: Jessika (Michael), Sebastien (Lexi), Jaryd, Jessie, and Taylor; his great-grandchildren: Oaklynn and Maverick; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Noëlla and his brother Donald.

The funeral will be held at St-Trinity Church in Eel River Crossing on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

At Mr. Guitard's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
