Celia A. Martinez

Celia Amaton De Martinez, age 86, died on January 29, 2020 due to heart failure. Celia was born in Guadalajara Mexico on April 28, 1934. She was married to Rodolfo Martinez Guevara for 31 years. He preceded her in death in 1996. Together they had three children, Silvia, Jorge and Araceli.

Celia loved to dance and knitting. She was fond of sharing her love by cooking for her family and friends. Celia was famous for her food, specially her frijoles. She was a great cook.Celia had a great sense of humor and she was always willing to help anyone in need.

Celia will be deeply miss by her family, friends and all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on February 17, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at El Cajon Mortuary. Mass on St Charles Church on February 18, 2021 at 11:00 am.Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.

Celia Amaton De Martinez, de 86 años, falleció el 29 de enero de 2020 debido a una insuficiencia cardíaca. Celia nació en Guadalajara México el 28 de abril de 1934. Estuvo casada con Rodolfo Martínez Guevara durante 31 años. La precedió en la muerte en 1996. Juntos tuvieron tres hijos, Silvia, Jorge y Araceli.

A Celia le encantaba bailar y tejer. Le gustaba compartir su amor cocinando para su familia y amigos. Celia era famosa por su comida, especialmente sus frijoles. Era una gran cocinera. Celia tenía un gran sentido del humor y siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar a cualquiera que lo necesitara.

Celia será profundamente extrañada por su familia, amigos y todos los que la conocieron.

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el 17 de febrero de 2021 de 4:00 pm a 8:00 pm en El Cajon Mortuary. Misa en la Iglesia de San Carlos el 18 de febrero de 2021 a las 11:00 am. Entierro en el Cementerio Greenwood.
