Auntie Connie,
Your bright smile and contagious laugher will certainly be missed. Your cooking will especially be missed by so many people who enjoyed it. I will hold onto the memories that I have of you in my heart forever. My prayer is that the peace of the Lord be upon you  as you have transition into entering into His presence. My deepest condolences to the entire family. Be strong  Otis, for this is what auntie Connie would have wanted. Love you auntie Connie, see you on the other side when my time comes.

I will always remember your jokes and  laughter. I always enjoyed spending time with you becasue there was never a dull moment and your laughter was contagious. I will miss your amazing cooking and giving nature. Whenever you would cook, you would make sure to invite everyone and everyone was able to take a plate home for later. You always made sure everyone was included and cared for.

Thank you for being a fearless Black woman for us all to see. You showed the world who you are and we received you. I appreciate your good cooking and calling everyone to tell them you cooked.
