David Leopold Garibay, age 72, of Santee, California passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024. David was born in Michigan to Celia Garibay and Leopold David Garibay.

David is survived by his son David L. Garibay Jr (Shannon Garibay); his son Robert J. Garibay; and his step daughter. Yvonne Kline; his sister Christina Garibay and his sister Rebecca Garibay.

David was preceded in death by his father Leopold David Garibay and his mother Celia Garibay.

David also leaves seven Grandchildren.

A memorial service for David will be held Friday, February 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 9310 Dalehurst Road, Santee, CA 92071. A graveside service will occur Friday, May 24, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122.

David will be laid to rest in Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
