

Debra Gamage was born on January 20,1951 in Albion, Nebraska to Robert Jesse Graham and Shirley Graham. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Marcia Graham-Oliva. Debra has 3 children, Tina Lyn DiGiovanni, Robert Hicks and Lari Gamage-Haney. She has 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Debra lived a long and eventful life. She worked in many different fields but enjoyed her time at Hiese County Park in Julian as a Park Host the most. She enjoyed getting out in the fresh air with her dog. She truly loved animals and owned many animals throughout her life. She had cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, sheep, goats and pigs. She was a talented artist who could paint, knit, spin wool into yarn and draw. In her later years she taught herself to play the guitar, the banjo and the Native American Flute. She loved her church family at Mountain View Bible Church in Alpine. She enjoyed several years of friends and fellowship there.
She was never happier than when she was riding her horse or being with her beloved animals. She was a woman who loved to learn new things and continue to learn into her later years as long as she could. She loved the Lord and is rejoicing now being in his presence for eternity. She passed peacefully on January 11,2026 with her daughter Lari at her side. She will be remembered fondly by those that loved her.
