I remember your mom fondly when I was a little girl. She and your dad were so nice, they were friends of my parents Clyde and Marion Yakel.

My very sincere condolences to the entire "Thornton" family for the loss of your Mom. Your Mom (and Dad) always welcomed me with open arms. So many days spent hanging out, goofing in the pool, terrorizing Barry (Barrold!), and who knows what else.....sure miss those days! I am thankful to have known her!

Chris , I'll let the crew know. I still see them regularly. I am truly sorry for your loss. Would sure love to hear from you if possible.

Heaven just got a jolt of Texas-size joy, in a petite package. Look forward to seeing you all at the memorial Mass, sharing the burden of her loss, and the blessing of having known her— the one and only Hibe Thornton.
