Hulda Lee Gesiakowski, born on May 22, 1946, in National City, California, passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 79. Residing in La Mesa, California, Hulda was a dedicated educator, devoting 20 years to teaching.
Hulda is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony Gesiakowski, and her sons, Eric (Lena Ghianni) and Mark (Cinya) Gesiakowski. She was a cherished sister to Myrna Griffith of Vancouver, Washington, and Gordon "Spud" Woodworth II of Woodhull, Illinois. Hulda was a proud grandmother to Quinn, Ashton, Dimitri, and Sabine, and a beloved aunt to six nieces, Carol, Sarah, Jessie, Kathy, Debbie, Christine, and four nephews, Dennis, Scott, Andrew, and David.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Lillian Woodworth, and her sister, Melissa.
Hulda's life was marked by her passionate commitment to education and her deep love for her family. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
