Isaac was going to college studying mechanics. While studying he was working at the Viejas Casino as a card Dealer. He was recognized by the Viejas Casino and Palomar Card room as the best dealer.
Isaac is survived by his wife, Marivic, son, Marvin and both parents, Victor and Soledad Osti.
Viewing was at the El Cajon Mortuary & Cremation Service. Mass of Christian Burial was at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with interment at Singing Hills Memorial Park.
