Born in Carmel Valley, California, on November 4, 1947, Jon was the son of Charles Edward Maxwell of Seattle, Washington, and Carolyn Lois Morris of Elk River, Idaho.
He spent 22 years as an engineer in the United States Army, a career marked by dedication, discipline, and distinction—including being awarded the Bronze Star.
Jon will be laid to rest at Miramar National Cemetery in California. He leaves behind a legacy of service, integrity, and steadfast commitment to those he loved and the values he upheld.
