Judy was born on February 6, 1953 in Roanoke, VA to Estel and Virginia Barbour.
Judy married Bill Cromwell on September 7, 1974. They raised and are survived by their two sons, Paul and David.
She spent the majority of her professional life working for Blessed Sacrament Parish School as their school nurse.
A memorial mass celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 10am.
Services will be held at Blessed Sacrament Parish Church, 4540 El Cerrito Drive, San Diego, CA 92115.
