Layth is survived by his spouse, Reem Jacob; his son Shbil Layth; and his son Zaid Layth; his mother Virgin Raffo; his brother Luay Hesen, his sister Safaa Hesen and his sister Lina Hesen (Si).
A funeral service for Layth will be held Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Mother of perpetual Help Syriac Catholic Church, 1101 S. Mollison Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at El Cajon Cemetery, 2080 Dehesa Rd, El Cajon, CA 92019.
