Linda was a passionate believer in Jesus! She loved listening to sermons and worship music daily and sharing her faith with everyone she met! Her life had its struggles, but her faith never wavered. Her life was a testament to God's grace, faith, and unconditional love.
She was a force to be reckoned with and never shied from speaking her mind. She could light up a room with her beautiful smile and infectious spirit! She loved being with family, goofing around with her grandchildren, and making arts and crafts with them. She was very sentimental and kept every note or drawing her kids or grandkids made for her.
During her childhood, she was an avid softball player and was particularly good with the bat and a great catcher! Her Dad coached her team, which led to several tournaments and championships. That was a great time in her life!
Over the years, Linda battled with addiction and mental health issues, but she was more than her struggles. She was a fighter in her faith, and she knew her God was bigger than any of her struggles! During these tough times, Linda found counsel, prayer, unconditional love, and support from all of her family, especially her devoted mother.
She was known for being the life of the party and living life to the fullest! She had a sensitive soul and was always there to help anyone in need! Whether it was helping her sisters when they had their babies and giving them their first bath, or anything they needed, she would be there! She was a natural when it came to babies!
Linda will be remembered for her huge heart and beautiful smile, and will never be forgotten! If you knew her, you could never forget her!
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Thomas B. Turman, and her brother Scott Wayne Turman, as well as her two granddaughters, Layla Marie and Emma Louise.
