Obituary

Mina L. Roberts September 18, 1965 – May 9, 2020

Mina L. Roberts was born in Phoenix, Arizona to her parents the late Dr. Geneva Roberts and father Woodfin Roberts. The family later relocated to San Diego, CA in January 1969. Mina attended school in the Spring Valley Elementary School District, and later graduated from Mt. Miguel High School in the Grossmont Union High School District. Mina also attended Grossmont Community College and attained her Associate Degree. Mina was baptized into Christ at an early age. She was a gifted writer with many published works. Mina was the parent of Andre L. Holmes, her only child. Mina was dedicated to supporting her son Andre, he was the center of her life.

Mina leaves to mourn her son Andre L. Holmes, her brother Keith Roberts and his fiancée’ Deborah Yarbrough, and her father Woodfin Roberts, and cousins, James Craig Smith of El Cajon, CA, Brynette Smith of Phoenix Az, Gloria Johnson, Phoenix Az, Eric Smith of Phoenix Az, and a host of other relatives and friends.
