Loving husband of 68 years to Dalila Brne. Loving father to Diane Brne, son Perry (Meg) Brne, brother of Barney (Kathy) Brne, grandfather to Jonathan (Jennifer) Brne, Scott (Kimberleigh) Brne, great grandfather to Amaria, Briella, Brooklyn and Sophia. Perry was preceded in death by his siblings Philip, Marie, Patricia, and Evelyn.
Perry was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois where he worked as a heavy equipment operator for 25 years and served as school custodian for Sunnybrook school district #171 in Lansing, Illinois for 16 years. Perry was also a veteran of the US Army during the Korean war. Following his retirement, Perry relocated to Santee, California, where he resided with his wife and daughter until his death.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, September 27 2025, at 11 AM at Pathways Community Church, 9626 Carlton Hills Blvd., Santee, CA 92071.
A committal service for Perry will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 from 2 PM till 2:30 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Noble Drive San Diego, CA 92122.
