Randi Lynne Richardson, 68, of El Cajon, California, passed away on September 22, 2025, in La Mesa. She was born on March 2, 1957, in Galesburg, Illinois, and moved to California in 1981, making El Cajon her home for the past 35 years.
Randi had a long career in banking, from her senior year of high school until the time of her passing. She loved camping, spending time in the sunshine, and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Bruce Richardson; daughter, Alison Hulse; son, Trenton Richardson; granddaughter, Ashley Hulse; sisters, Leslie Fletcher, Kathy Bell, and Sue Carey; brothers-in-law, David Richardson (Mary), Bob Richardson (Asma); and sisters-in-law, Kristy Johnson, and Michelle Thurman (David). She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Bruce Johnson, Steve Johnson, L. Craig Johnson, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at Shepard of the Valley Lutheran Church.
Randi will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
