I was Bob's part-time caregiver for about 2 years. I will miss him greatly, but I have so many wonderful memories of us laughing & just enjoying the moment. Bob always knew how to make me smile, and he helped me see the importance of slowing down to enjoy the little things: like a butterfly landing on a flower, or a hawk circling the sky. He lived in the absolute present, and what a gift that is to give other people around you. I will always keep our memories alive in my heart. My sincerest condolences to the family; thinking of you always. God bless you all...keep his memory alive by thinking of him often and laughing out loud...he would appreciate the laughter from heaven. Hugs to you all!

Bob is my stepfather of 36 years and I am proud to call him my Dad. He always treated me like his own daughter and was a great friend as well as a father. He loved my son and grandchildren as his own too. He always had good advice and taught me a lot about photography which we both loved. He gave great hugs, always smiled even when things were tough going. His last year of life were very struggling for him and he still smiled and had a sense of humor. I have learned so many great characteristics from him. I love you Dad and will always have a place for you in my heart. You will be greatly missed!

Dad not a day goes by that I don't think about you and how you used to be before dementia took hold. It is a blessing to know that you are finally at peace. I miss your smile, laughter, goofy jokes & sayings. I wish I still had your wisdom to guide me through my day. I love you and you will be forever in my heart ❤ Judy
