Rosa Elisa Duarte Cadena

Rosa is survived by son Sal Guizar (Kim) of Midland, Texas; son Steven Lopez (Tiffany) of Midland, Texas; and daughter Mayra Garcia of El Cajon, California; sister Graciela Ruiz of Chehalis, Washington, sister Elvia Orr (El Cajon) of El Cajon, California, sister Dolores Cruz (Abel) of Puyallup, Washington, sister Patty Vaught (Larry) of La Mesa, California, sister Yesenia Duarte of El Cajon, California and brother Manuel Duarte (Donna) of El Cajon, California; brother Frank Duarte (Diana).

Rosa was preceded in death by father Pedro Duarte and mother Ieolina Duarte; brother Lupe Duarte.

Rosa is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Rosa liked to knit, read, music of all types, watching Disney movies, and cook, especially cakes and decorating them. She loved being a nana and spending time with her grandkids.

A visitation for Rosa will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Erickson-Anderson Mortuary, 8390 ALLISON AVE, LA MESA, CA 91942.
