A funeral service for Ruth will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at El Cajon Mortuary & Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92020. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Drive, San Diego, CA 92106.
