Travis was born on June 27th, 1989 in La Mesa California to Mark and Elizabeth (Healy) Lemieux. He graduated from Valhalla High School in 2007 and from there worked many jobs until finally finding his calling as a Carpenter where he was a proud member of the local 619 Carpenters Union in San Diego.
Travis was passionate about many things in life and lived every day to the fullest. He loved photography, videography, surfing, and skateboarding, but his greatest passion was softball. It was through softball that he found a way to help those around him. It was through softball that he showed what a great leader, mentor and friend he was. Because of this, he was able to touch many lives around him. Travis will always be remembered for his quick wit, infectious smile and his ability to connect with anyone he came into contact with.
In 2018 Travis met the love of his life, Ashley Verkuilen. Together, in 2020 they welcomed their beautiful daughter, Ava, truly their greatest accomplishment together. With Ava by their side, they dreamed of a lifetime of love, happiness and adventure. Travis took on the role of family man immediately and it showed in his hard work, his dedication and the outpouring of love he showed to both of the ladies in his life.
Travis is preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Lemieux (Healy). He is survived by his significant other Ashley, his daughter Ava, his Father Mark, his sister Genieve and his unborn twin nieces Elizabeth and Ella.
