A visitation for Victor will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020, followed by a rosary from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
