Al Katte is survived by his spouse, Thamera Kareem Saeed; his son Salam Al Botri (Dina Al Botri); his son Salar Al Botri (Maryam Hadaya); his son Sizar Al Botri; his son Samer Al Botri; his son Sarkun Al Botri; his daughter Mervat Al Botri (Faris Qas); his daughter Mirna Al Botri (Rone Adel); and his daughter Maha Al Botri (Nazar Yousif); his brother Ziad Al Botri (Nahla Danha), his sister Zakia Al Botri (Khalid Oshona), his sister Juliet Al Botri (Adel Dado), his sister Janet Al Botri (Talal Yousif), his sister Faieza Al Botri (Suhail Matti), his sister Bushra Al Botri (Jajo Hanosi) and his sister Raja Al Botri (Amar Zara).

Al Katte was preceded in death by his son Sarmad Al Botyi.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Syriac Catholic Church, 1101 S Mollison Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.

Al Katte will be laid to rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Drive, San Diego, CA 92102.
