

She was born October 3, 1918 in Pineville, AR to Dode Sullivan and Della Lee Cantrell. Before retiring Audra worked as a nurse at Union County Health Department. She was a member of the Eastern Star for fifty years, the Pilot Club, Pink Lady Club and she was a member of First Baptist Church of El Dorado where she sang in the adult choir.
Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband, George W. Cook and her son Terry Wilson Keeter.
Survivors include her step-daughter, Janie Cook Garrett of New York City; two grandchildren Elizabeth Garrett Milstein and her husband George of San Francisco and Juliet Mager and her husband Damian of New York City and three great-grandchildren, Josef Frederic Milstein, Greta Milstein, and Lydia Milstein.
The Garrett family will have a memorial service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at Woodlawn Cemetery.
