Betty Jones

She held many titles wife, mother, mammaw,daughter, aunt. Her most precious being her kids and grands. Her kindness and Love for the Lord was a joy to all. The beautiful values she instilled in us will be carried on through all generations Her soul brought light to the world and that beautiful smile radiated joy. We will miss her until we see her again in Heaven.

She was born July 5, 1944 to James Homer and Mattie Lee Hastings Tally of Prescott AR. Betty graduated high school and she married Ronald Franklin Jones on July 17, 1965. She loved her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Mattie Tally, the love of her life, Ronnie F. Jones, and her sister, Wanda Fuller.

She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Jones Collins and Jennifer Jones; and son, Chris Jones (Amanda); sisters, Joyce Rutherford, Debora Jerry (William), and Susan Seamans; grandchildren, Austin Collins (Kayla), Lacee Collins Ratliff (Aaron), Anna-Claire Jones, Erin Jones, Jordan Jones, and Alyssa Howell (Kayden); and great grandchildren Micah, Samuel, and Jude Ratliff and Cove Theal. She is also survived by a host of loving extended family.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery in El Dorado, Arkansas with Bro. Jimbo Herring officiating, under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.

A celebration of Betty's life will be held after the graveside service at Parker's Chapel Family Life Center on Haynesville Highway in El Dorado.
