Betty was a devoted Christian, loving wife, cherished mother, proud Grammy, and loyal friend. To know Betty was to love her. She lived a life of kindness and selflessness, always putting the needs of others before her own. She found great joy in flowers and loved sharing the beauty she found with everyone around her. A lifelong supporter of the Junction City Dragons, Betty was one of their biggest fans and proudly cheered them on throughout the years.
Born December 28, 1936 in Junction City, AR she was the daughter of George Walter and Violet Bright Lowery. Betty was an LPN and had worked in Home Health for many years. She was a long time member of Scotland Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Preceding her in death along with her parents were her husband, Roger LeBlanc, a son, Robert Glasgow Sr. and a grandson, Dustin Glasgow.
Survivors include a daughter, Rachelle Clark (Chris) and a son, Mark LeBlanc (Mary) all of Junction City and brothers; George Lowery (Pat) of El Dorado, Robert Lowery (Jan) of Mountain Home, AR and Tom Lowery (Joan) of Conroe, TX. Surviving grandchildren are Valarie Kidwell, Kyle Kidwell (Liberty), Hunter Goocher (Lauren), Heather Coday, Crystal LeBlanc, Tyler LeBlanc (Katie), J. R. LeBlanc (Jewlia), Katlain Moore (Alex), Kayla Davis (Blake), Robert Glasgow, Jr. and Rozlyn Glasgow along with Vickie Wade and Sandy Hudson (Les), Lyla Kegler, Gwen Hickmott, Paula Mallen, Kris Meents. A loving great Grammy to 18 great grandchildren. And a host of extended family and friends.
The family request cheerful colors be worn to visitation and funeral services. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Young's. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Scotland Evangelical Presbyterian Church with Tom Loftin officiating. Interment will follow in Scotland Presbyterian Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.
