Dear Don, Louise and the Nelson Family,
I was so sorry to read of Billie's passing. Don, my brother Bobby and I have known you most of our lives, but I didn't have the privilege of knowing Billie until we worked together in the Union County Tax Collector's Office. She was one in a million! It was obvious to everyone who knew her that she loved God and her family above all else. As others have said, I will always remember her wit, her smile, and her laugh. A Bible verse that I feel fits Billie is Revelation 14:13: "Then I heard a voice from heaven say ... 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on ... They will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.'" Billie was loving, kind and full of good deeds. She will be missed. I will miss her!
Please know that we will be praying for you and your family during this difficult time.

We were saddened to hear of Ms. Billie's passing. She was a very giving person and always had a smile to share whenever you saw her. She had a sort of dry humor and could tell you how it really was. I always enjoyed seeing her and the times we would talk even if it was for just a few moments. From Winnie, Robert, and myself our thoughts and prayers go out to the Nelson family in this difficult time. May God's mercy be with you now and in the days to come. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted". Matthew 5:4

Billie was missed greatly when she no longer could volunteer with the auxiliary. She was a joy to volunteer with. Her place in ICU waiting room still has a void in there. People would ask where the little gray haired lady with a big smile was. I was assigned her place and still find it hard to fill. Prayers sent to the family for comfort and peace for the hard days ahead. Love Pat Smith

Lauren and family,
I know there is nothing anyone could say or do to make the situation any better. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers that God will take you through your sorrow and bring you a brighter day. Hang onto the memories that you have and think of those in your darkest days I'll asking Goddays and they will pull you through to the better days. Time will ease your pain and sorrow but it will never help you forget the Lost one. Asking God to surround you and your
family with his love and perfect peace

Such an honor to be called one of her other kids. I met her through her daughter Mary and from the first moment she became like a mom to me and I will always cherish her and the love she showed toward me. Loved her humor!!! To the family, I know she will be greatly missed by you all. She was a wonderful lady.

Bert and I are very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was blessed to have such a large family. I remember her as a sweet and caring person with a witty sense of humor. She also made the best divinity fudge. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
