

She was born on October 12, 1948 in El Dorado, AR to William Robert “Bob” and Murriell Byrd Crawford. She lived a life defined by love, kindness, strength and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcomed, valued and cared for.
She was a devoted wife to Larry McDaniel, a loving mother to Kelly Cummins and Valerie McLelland, a proud grandmother to Taylor McLelland, Hayley Edgerton, and Daniel Cummins, and proud great grandmother to Keiton Holmes and Haisley Edgerton. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, celebrating life's milestones and creating lasting memories together.
Bobbie retired from Lion Oil, where she worked in the protective coatings department and was a charter member of Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church. She enjoyed baking beautiful cakes, singing in the church choir, directing children’s choir, Sunday school teacher and helping with many committees including church showers and seasonal decorating for the church. She will be remembered for her warm smile, generous heart, wisdom, and the countless ways she touched the lives of those around her. Her legacy of love, compassion, and resilience will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Preceding her in death are her sister, Sue Crawford Faulkner, her parents William Robert “Bob” and Murriell Byrd Crawford and her niece Erin Faulkner Bradham.
Survivors include her spouse, Larry McDaniel; her sisters, Carolyn Crawford Dolecheck (Dr. Maynard “Mike” Dolecheck) and Margaret Crawford Murphy (widow of James Murphy), her daughters Kelly McDaniel Cummins (George) and Valerie McDaniel McLelland; her Grandchildren Taylor McLelland (Mary Christa) and Hayley Edgerton (Kennan) and Daniel Cummins; Great Grandchildren Keiton Holmes and Haisley Edgerton; and many nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to express sincere appreciation to Patrice Brown, whose devoted care and friendship brought compassionate care, kindness, comfort and dignity during Mom’s final year.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Young's Funeral Directors.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2026 at Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors. Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate her life, and honor the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are grateful for the years we shared with her. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in our hearts.
