Born June 18, 1935 in Strong, Arkansas he was the son of James Franklin and Judy Norris Nash. Mr. Nash moved to Norphlet in 1971 and had been a member of First Baptist Church for over 50 years and had served as a deacon and Sunday School Director.
He married his high school sweetheart, Peggy Webb on March 3, 1954 and celebrated 63 years together until her death in November, 2016.
Bobby served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He had served his community in many ways including, Norphlet Police Officer (Flash Nash), Norphlet School Athletic Events (Popcorn Man), and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Being a true country boy Bobby developed a fondness for peas and cornbread.
While spending his last 2 years at Timberlane he attended One Community Church with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
