I knew Maw from El Dorado Lanes and then worked with her at Walgreens for five years and lived with her for a while and went on several trips with her. Got to enjoy Daytona, Fl. with her at a NASCAR race and I have a story to tell from that trip but not sure I should share that here but I will just say her and I entertained an entire ladies restroom!! Haha. Also got to enjoy a trip we took on Amtrak and we had stories from that trip also! She was a hard worker and just an all around good woman!! She was there for me when I lost my mom like no one else was and for that I will always be grateful to her. She was a hard woman but she did have a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone!! Maw I love you and I will miss you and our talks!! To the family just know you guys are all in my prayers!

Carol Ann Mitchell, grandma,MA, will always be my favorite person. She always keep me and my brother(briley Mitchell) straitened out. She loved everybody. She is in a good place with my uncle Charles. My favorite part was when we all got together for the holidays and ate her famous ham, is what me and my brother called it.
Love you grandma and always will

To the Mitchell Family.
My thoughts & prayers are with you all. Although I never was fortunate enough to meet Mom in person, I’ll never forget her voice or the conversations we shared. Mom shared with me her Son, Dewey, and for that I will be forever grateful & thankful for. Hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life time was to board him upon a plane to place his Mom to rest. There is only comfort in knowing that Mom will suffer no more. For she is with God, The Angels & Charles now & will rest in peace with them. My deepest sympathy to you all & especially Morgan, as he was an Angel on Earth to Mom.
I’ll miss your voice so, Mama Mitchell.
All my love, Pam
