Cassie Odom Gage, 99, of El Dorado, passed away Monday, July 2, 2012, at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. She was born June 18, 1913, to Marion Elias and Lydia Octavia Terrell White in Leesville, LA.
She was a member of the El Dorado Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Reuben Henry Gage; and twelve brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her son, Edgar Gage (Theresa) of El Dorado; four grandchildren, Terry Gage (Karen), Tonyah Calloway both of El Dorado, J.C. Gage (Sandra) of Hot Springs, AR, Toby Gage (Shelia) of Chattanooga, TN; and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 5, at Young’s.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 6, at the El Dorado Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
