He was born October 14, 1966, in Fargo, North Dakota, to Charles and Nelda Blaylock. Todd worked in construction and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Herbert and Nell Neal, and his paternal grandparents, Oscar and Polly Blaylock.
Todd is survived by his parents, Charles and Nelda Blaylock; a sister, Kristi Kelley; a brother, Paul Blaylock, and his wife, Brenda; three nieces; two nephews all of El Dorado; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 27, 2017, at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors and with Rev. Carley Davis officiating.
