Daisy J. Pagan

Daisy J. Pagan, 91 of El Dorado, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. She was born September 6, 1922, to William Andrew and Sallie Mae Dickson Joyner in Ashland, LA.

She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church, where she was a charter member of the Prime Timers. Daisy worked for Woolworth in the 1940’s and later she was employed by Samples, MM Cohn, and Gathrights.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Wayne Pagan; and three sisters, Billie Nash, Grace Yarbrough, and Helen Jacobs.

Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne Kerr; son, Del Pagan and his wife Denise; and two grandchildren, Ashley Kerr and Hannah Pagan all of El Dorado.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 23, at Young’s Chapel. Visitation will begin at noon until service time. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
