He was born November 25, 1913 in Lillie, Louisiana to Charles Thomas Jinks. Mr. Jinks was a painting contractor. Mr. Jinks is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Beatrice Cook Jinks; three brothers, Arnold Jinks, Clyde Jinks, and Lenord Jinks; and an infant son and son Donald E. Jinks
Survivors include his son, Charles D. Jinks of Dallas, TX; and grandson, Jeff (Brandy) Jinks of El Dorado; daughter-in-law, Sandra Jinks of El Dorado; and brother-in-law, Clem Cook of El Dorado.
The family will have a private memorial service. Cremation services provided by Young’s Funeral Directors.
